Work with me
Every family’s situation is different. Some learners need steady long-term support, a short boost before exams, or a tailored plan to fit home circumstances, I offer flexible options that can adapt to what works best for you. Explore the options below and click through for full details and enquiry forms.
Small Group GCSE English Tuition (AQA)
These affordable online group sessions are designed for students working towards the AQA English Literature and Language exams, including Year 10, Year 11, and GCSE resit learners.
Small groups provide the best of both worlds: the motivation and interaction of working alongside peers, combined with personalised teacher guidance. Students build confidence, sharpen exam skills, and learn in a supportive, structured environment.
Parents can choose to enrol in Literature, Language, or both (with a discounted rate for taking both subjects). Group days and times are arranged according to demand and the availability of registered students - once parents indicate interest and preferred times, I will finalise and share the schedule.
The GCSE Reset Course (Resit Support)
Focused, supportive small-group sessions for students retaking GCSE English Language. This course focuses on rebuilding confidence, mastering core skills, and giving students the strategies they need to achieve at least a passing grade.
This course will run week commencing September 22nd through to the end of October with the AQA English Language resits held on November 4th (paper 1) and 6th (paper 2).
Year 11 GCSE Readiness
Ongoing small-group sessions guiding students through key skills, texts, and exam techniques in English Language and Literature (choose one or both). Lessons build confidence, consolidate knowledge, and include mock exam preparation to give students a strong foundation for their GCSE exams.
1-to-1 Tuition in Maths and English
Every learner is unique, and 1-to-1 tuition gives them the space to thrive. Whether your child needs to build confidence, catch up on key skills, or stretch their learning further, personalised lessons are carefully tailored to their needs. I work with students from KS2 through to GCSE in maths and English, with flexible pacing and targeted strategies that support both wellbeing and academic growth.
Alongside core subjects, I also offer support with the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), helping students to plan, research, and write with confidence.
Bespoke small group and homeschooling packages
This option is different from my GCSE group courses. Instead of joining a set course, parents can create their own small group, bringing together two or more students with similar needs, ages, or learning goals. I then design and deliver sessions tailored specifically for that group. This works particularly well for homeschooling families looking for structured input in Maths or English or for parents who know others seeking the same kind of support. Groups can be focused on KS2-3 skills, GCSE preparation, creative writing, or confidence-building activities, and are flexible in both timing and content.
With just a few learners in each group, children benefit from the motivation and sense of community that comes with learning alongside peers, while still receiving personalised attention. It’s an affordable and collaborative alternative to one-to-one tuition.
Academic Mindset Coaching
Alongside subject tuition, I offer dedicated mindset coaching to help students overcome barriers that hold them back academically. This support is designed for young people who may struggle with confidence, motivation, exam stress, or self-belief.
Through gentle strategies drawn from my training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching, I guide students to build resilience, manage anxiety, and develop a more positive relationship with learning. Sessions are always tailored to the individual, creating a supportive space where students feel heard and equipped with practical tools they can use day to day.
Academic Mindset Coaching can run alongside tuition or stand alone, providing holistic support for both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
