Important Information

Payment All workshops must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Minimum Group Size Each workshop requires a minimum of 2 students to run. If a session has not reached the minimum number: - You will be notified by email at least 24 hours before the workshop start time. - You will be offered one of the following: 1) a free transfer to another workshop of your choice 2) credit towards future sessions 3) a full refund. No action is needed from you, I will contact you directly. Cancellations (Parent-Initiated) Because spaces are limited and groups are kept small: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session can be transferred to another workshop free of charge. - Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. This ensures the group size stays fair for all attending students. Non-Attendance / Missed Sessions If your child cannot attend on the day, the session cannot be refunded or transferred. Workshop recordings are not provided, but follow-up notes and resources may be available on request. Group Size & Environment Workshops are delivered online in a small-group setting to ensure personalised guidance. To keep sessions calm and focused, we ask that students join from a quiet environment without background distractions. Webcam Policy Having webcams on is encouraged and very helpful, as it supports engagement, allows for better communication cues, and helps create a calm, supportive group dynamic. However, webcams are not essential - students may attend with cameras off if preferred. Microphone Policy To keep sessions focused and comfortable for all students: Microphones should stay muted unless a student is answering a question or needs to ask something during the session. This helps reduce background noise and ensures every student can concentrate fully Behaviour & Participation Mindset First Tutoring provides a supportive, wellbeing-aware learning space. If disruptive behaviour significantly affects the group, we may ask the student to leave the session; no refund will be given in these cases. Rescheduling by Mindset First Tutoring In rare cases (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), we may need to reschedule a workshop. If this happens, you will be offered: - a transfer, - credit, or - a full refund.
